Stock overview at Max Fulfilment

On this page you will find all information about managing and monitoring your inventory when using Max Fulfilment 's logistics services.

Current stock levels

Through the online environment of Max Fulfilment you can easily view the current stock levels of all your items in our warehouse. This data is updated in real time, so that you always have insight into:

• The number of available items.
• Reserved items (for example for placed orders).
• Any returns.

Where can you find your inventory levels?

Log into your Max Fulfilment account and go to the Inventory Management tab. Here you will see:

• An overview of all your products.
• The current stock per item.
• The status of your pre-notified and pending shipments.

Stock updates

• New orders: When a customer order is placed, the number of items is immediately deducted from your stock.
• Returns: Items that are returned will be processed and automatically added to your inventory if suitable for sale.
