At Max Fulfilment we offer flexible options for packaging and shipping your items:

• Without outer box: Items can be shipped without additional packaging.
• Own outer box: Send your items in your own brand packaging.
• Our outer box: Use our standard packaging (at an additional cost).

Quality control:
In our distribution centers, we regularly check whether items are suitable for shipping without an outer box. We also monitor the effect of this on returns and repair options. If it turns out that shipping without an outer box leads to significant damage or more returns, we automatically add an outer box to better protect your products.
