Delivery conditions for Logistics via Max Fulfilment

In order to efficiently process and ship your items via Max Fulfilment, it is essential that they are delivered correctly to our distribution center. Adhering to the delivery conditions ensures that your inventory is processed faster and is available for sale. Failure to comply with the conditions may result in your shipment being refused, returned or additional costs.

At Max Fulfilment we strive together with you for a high delivery quality. This means that we want to serve customers on time and in perfect condition. Therefore it is necessary to make clear agreements. Our delivery conditions contain guidelines for:

Situations in which delivery conditions are not met

1. Unannounced items

Items that are not pre-registered will be stored at your own risk and expense in our distribution center. Max Fulfilment will inform you of such items within five working days after delivery. These can be returned at your expense if they cannot be processed in our system.

2. Damage and shortages

Upon delivery, the consignment note will be signed for receipt of the number of pallets or packages, subject to damage and shortages.

  • Delivery checks are carried out based on the number of pallets or packages.
  • Any damage or shortages must be reported within five working days of delivery.
  • Damaged items will be returned in consultation with you.
