Delivery of your items to Logistics via Max Fulfilment
Want to make sure your items are received correctly and are in stock quickly? Read our delivery conditions and use this checklist to prepare your shipment properly.
Process after receiving your shipment

Once your shipment arrives at our distribution center, it will be registered as received. From that moment on, you can track the status of the shipment via the Maxfulfilment portal, under the tab My stock .
1. Shipment delivered
This is the beginning of the logistics process in the warehouse:
- The carrier delivers the shipment, after which it is processed.
- If the items have been delivered correctly, they will be in stock within 3 working days .
2. Items received and checked
After receipt, the shipments are checked:
- Quantity and quality: We check whether all items are present and undamaged.
- Delivery conditions: Items are checked for compliance with the delivery guidelines.
- Best before dates: For products with a limited shelf life, the best-before date is checked.
You can view the results of the check in your account under My Shipments .
3. Articles in progress
After the inspection, the items are prepared to be placed in stock:
- First delivery: New items are measured, which may take extra time.
- Processing time: Items are usually fully processed within 3 business days.
4. Items in stock
Before items are placed in stock:
- Dimension scanner: A scanner determines the dimensions and tariff group based on the packaging size. Ensure compact packaging to avoid incorrect measurements.
- Stock adjustment: It may happen that 1 piece is still in transit to the stock location; this will be updated later.
Once processing is complete, the items will be available for sale and visible in your account under My Offer .
Common challenges
Items delivered unsaleable
Items that are broken, damaged, incomplete or past their expiration date will be added to your unsellable inventory. Please refer to our guidelines for correct submission.
Unknown items
If an item cannot be linked to a previously reported shipment, it will be marked as unknown . We will investigate the cause and contact you if necessary.
Errors during processing
Sometimes a counting error can occur during processing. Stock adjustments will be updated in your current stock within a few days, but not in your historical shipment overview.
Important points to note

- Processing time: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. This ensures a constant, healthy workload and low costs.
- Correct delivery: Follow the guidelines to avoid delays and ensure the quality of your stock.
